Arniss Equestrian

We was visiting new forest and my husband booked as a surprise to ride at Arniss. I have osteoporosis so tend to only ride my horse as I know him. But what a great place and I felt so safe and chilled at all times. I was on ebony and we had such a lovely ride with a couple of lovely canters. What a lovely place and lovely people really. Will definitely return these guys are very professional and just lovely people. My husband can barely ride and they looked after him too. I had the best birthday treat and the views are something else . Thank you arniss will see you again x

Thank you ever so much to Amy and Claire who took myself, my brother and my mum for our first group hack yesterday! Firstly, Amy and Claire introduced themselves to us immediately upon arrival to the yard and explained the boots and headwear we were required to wear, ensuring this fitted us appropriately. Secondly, we were then introduced to our horses that we would be riding on! Careful consideration was made to those in the group who felt nervous, both Amy and Claire took the time to explain each step of the process and were able to answer any of the questions we had. Both were welcoming, professional, and attentive during the hack which certainly eased some nervousness from riding the first time! We had been taken on a beautiful hack up on the hills, with an amazing view, and a whistle stop history lesson about the New Forest! Finally, we ended our hack with a joyful walk back to the yard, each of the horses ridden were so well behaved and can see they are so well looked after. Amy was also kind enough to take a selection of photos before sending them to us before we left! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely trek up into the heathland with stunning views! Amy was very helpful and really took a lot of time and care with the riders, and had lots of local information on the trek!

No communication via email, phoned so many times. My sister then attended a lesson with her daughter, they literally were on and off. Instructor was lovely but upper management don't want to talk or have you anywhere looking at the ride or approaching the gate. Basically just want to take money and go

Such a wonderful experience going on a hack in this beautiful part of the world with the loveliest people. Amy and Claire are so warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt completely safe on the ride, learnt loads about the area (Amy is better and than Google when it comes to the history of the New Forest!) and improved my riding and confidence thanks to their expert advice. It was a truly magical experience on the perfect horse (thank you, Molly, for making my ride so special). Loved every moment!

What an absolutely beautiful place to have a livery yard. Very professional and well maintained. Our horse has never looked better. Bonus to see the deer as well.
