Very disappointed in Shrublands ...basically told my son yesterday that they can’t give him a detox because it’s too expensive and most people fail ..his health is deteriorating so he will probably be just another statistic. I will be making an official complaint Paul .

Great people with empathy and sympathy with practical medical assistance for those with chronic pain and long term injuries. Appointment waiting times are too long.

I've been seeing shrublands for about two months now, I've had a faulty drugs test, medication stopped, and accused of giving or selling my medication. Don't they think they are important.

Anyone remember 2003? A certain cpn (bright) saved my life. 1xscript that lasted 10 years, very long story. That was another life away. I moved 40 miles and began a new existance, success ;)

They're a bit old fashioned in their views but their keyworkers do put in the effort (at least the one assigned to me has done)

We are truly lucky to live in Torbay when we need to access Drug and Alcohol Services because it's an NHS run service as opposed to a charity and the staff are caring and professional . Thank you Shrublands
