Everyone I have encountered at Battersea has been so wonderful! They have been helpful and knowledgeable and their love and care for the animals does truly show! Couldn't be happier with the help from Battersea! They helped me find my perfect furry match and have supported me (and pet!) throughout and during the whole process in every way possible! life changing :)

Some twisty narrow roads, so be careful. Good car parking. Staff member openly said, (we don't handle the kittens). Socialising springs to mind.But overall happy. Would recommend.

An amazing shelter for cats and dogs whilst waiting for their forever homes. Adopted my beloved cat from them and can tell that they are careful and helpful throughout the process. After an initial phone call you get to see your new friend and, if everything goes right, you can take him/her with you to home. They carefully introduce you to your cat or dog and give you everything you need for a week or so. All you have to do is check their website, find yourself a new pal and take it to home. That’s it. They take care of the rest.

This is the best place I would go to re-home a dog. I have 50 years experience as a dog owner, 15 of them as a professional trainer and 19 as the owner of a wolfdog, just to be told by some spotty faced little boy just out of university that I'm not a suitable owner for a nervous dog! Two weeks later Battersea in central London call me and offer me, guess what, A NERVOUS MALINOIS CROSS GSD!

Adoping our dog was first class Sarah and Jane made it so painless and explained the process from start to finish. Suggested matches for us and we chose our lovely Findley from them and two days later we brought him home. Would definitely recommend Battersea first.

The staff were kind, empathetic, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with in general.We adopted an 8 year old cat who immediately became the newest member of our family. The staff matched our preferences to our new feline companion perfectly. I couldn't rate this branch higher
