We had our chocolate lab Moose come in and we were really worried as he's a rescue and has often been really scared of water and strangers. However Jools and Ben were so lovely. Moose took straight away to Ben and made the whole groom such a pleasant experience. Moose wasn't scared and seemed to enjoy it after a while of trying to jump out the bath. We will be booking again and Moose smells amazing . Thank you Jools and Ben for Mooses first great grooming experience. He looks so handsome in his new blue bandana!!!

Amazing service from Jools and Ben yesterday. Squeezing me into a cancellation slot after i was let down by another groomer and im super glad cos WOW what a job they did on my new incredibly stinky Romi rescue.... hes now so fluffy and smells gorge. They were so kind and patient with him and i have no doubt he'll be bounding in the next time!

There 2nd trip to Wilma’s can’t rate high enough. If u care as much as we do for our girls you can trust these guys a million percent. Happy dogs!!These guys really care about your dog. Brilliant communication up to the groom day. Would recommend if u are really precious about your dogs as we are!!!Lovely and clean

Freyja went to Wilma's for the first time today and it seems she rather enjoyed herself! She's a defiant dog that can be a challenge. She was treated very well and didn't want to leave! I'd recommend Wilma's to anyone xxx

First visit and definitely won’t be the last. Regular check ins and videos were sent to me including a fetch break during the groom. Ollie the dog was made to feel extremely comfortable and cared for. Ollie’s welfare was at the forefront of the groom and he was sent home with some yummy natural treats! 100% recommend.

Millie had her first groom at Wilma’s today and I’m so happy how she turned out. Ben was her groomer and he did a wonderful job. Jools and Ben love for dogs really shows when you walk through the door and how they react with your dog. Definitely will be coming back ☺️

First groom at Wilmas and very impressed! My pup was turned away from other groomers for being too nervous, despite not being a nervous puppy at all! Jools managed a lovely groom on my pup, taking the time to earn her trust! Very friendly and trustworthy! Kept me updated with videos during her groom too! Thank you for teaching my pup that groomers aren’t scary! will be back to continue building up her trust!
