One Recovery Bucks

Extremely disappointed with this organisation. One recovery was recommended to me by several different people so I had very high hopes that they’d help or at least contact me after my referral. I was referred to them quite some time ago and have chased them up regularly since they have not offered any sort of help or even given me a status on my referral. Complete waste of time like so many of these services. They don’t care they don’t answer emails or phone calls and are not willing to help young men in my position. You’re better off going private if you require support.

My key worker was Kim from the Aylesbury branch at and she was brilliant. Always so carrying and honest. She never missed an appointment and really put her self out to contact me if I missed any .the advice and care that gave has obviously done the job because to bring me back from were I had got to took a miracle. Massive thank you to Kim ,what a legend x

The service One Recovery provides is excellent. Professional staff provide support and knowledge about addiction. I would highly recommend their services.
