Now hires out rooms rather than offer B&B. But generously comfortable and well serviced by very friendly hosts; super views over the Spithead and Solent; right on the seafront. 40min interval bus service to Gosport (from which there's a ferry to Portsmouth), but other than that you'll need a car to get here. Note Marine Parade East is quite a busy thoroughfare for most of the day: you will hear the traffic.

What a fantastic place to come and unwind, with great views. The the owner Ros and keith gave us a warm welcome and then left us to get on with our weekend rest. The room and facilities are great and everything you would need to make it a wonderful stay. The breakfast hamper is a great touch and set us up for the day. We would highly recommend a stay here, we will be coming back that for sure.Paul and Sally
