Hadnt even experienced the place yet and already had a bad experience!Made an appointment first week of January for a massage as a gift for someone, confirmed it had been booked in by the person I spoke to on the phone, only to be told the day before the appointment that they can no longer carry out the treatment because the massuese will not be available. I then rescheduled for another date. Due to me not recieving a confirmation phone call/text message the day before the appointment, I had to contact the salon myself an HOUR before the treatment to make sure the appointment is still going ahead, and its a good job I did!! Because firstly they could not find the appointment in their system and told me nothing was booked in, then she had to contact the masseuse directly and had asked to call me back. On the call back I was told the masseuse cannot do the treatment today because she has a doctors appointment. For someone who works in a Salon MYSELF I found this company highly unprofessional. You do not tell the client the therapists buisness, it is personal and made me as a client feel unimportant! they answered the phone with hello" on both phone calls not stating which company they are from

I had a very detailed consultation while talking through my issues relating to my back, the attention to detail was very thorough and I enjoyed the 1hr back massage as it helped ease my pressure.Thanks again

This place really needs to do better with their customer service. First they booked me on a day that I had never confirmed I could make, I only knew about this appointment because they messaged me to cancel it. Then I booked for a Hawaiian massage. On the day of the appointment the place was still close at the time of my appointment. Two of us were waiting in the street. When the therapist arrived, no apology whatsoever, the first thing she said was I just remembered that the other therapist isn't coming". At this point I thought I'd have to return home without getting the treatment. I received a massage in the end

I been coming here for several months now,I enjoy going staff very friendly when you go in . The massage is brilliant, so try one as you want be disappointed. Also very clean environment too.

I went with my sister in-law and we both enjoyed our massage therapies. The session was so relaxing and will be definetly booking for our next session.

Very worst totally cheating lady Emma. Please do not go for this I have spent £80 for lo reason. They grab you for £45 initallly but it’s worst service ever
