Fabulous experience. All was excellent. Art work all over the hotel was really interesting. Loved the book in our rooms explaining these. Food not only looked like a work of art but tasted delicious. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. And the reflexology therapist was amazing too. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Incredible hotel with lovely staff. 5 stars. Checked in over the Easter weekend to find a full sized Lindt bunny each in the room and bowls of Lindt eggs scattered around the hotel.Restaurant was very poor. Which dropped this from a 5 to a 3 Star review.The restaurant menu for meat eaters was good. For vegetarians it was slightly lazy and over done. One option which was a risotto. This was fine, as I was excited to try the food in such a great looking and well reviewed restaurant.However, the risotto the stodgy, lacked any flavour and came out at room temperature. I ate less than a quarter of my plate and wasn’t asked what was wrong with it. Which is a shame. We paid and left without any question as to why my plate was nearly full.Room was fantastic and the staff were faultless.Stay in the hotel and eat elsewhere is my recommendation.

A wonderful stay. We booked a 3 for 2 deal, and were given a free upgrade on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed a great meal on the first night, and a delicious freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Another bonus for us was the complimentary EV charging.

Awesome escape for a night and a fancy, tasty dinner. Don't forget to book both as last time I was unable to get in the restaurant. We got a free room upgrade with a lovely introduction. Our room opened onto a sea view or an actual art gallery. That's it! I can only sleep properly now when within a few yards of world class paintings ;)The only star I knocked off is for the entertainment system which we couldn't cast to, otherwise everything was world class so still a overall 5 stars and we will definitely stay again. Service is top class Welsh.

Wonderful decor, wonderful views and brilliant staff. Dropped one point on our room (disabled accessibility room) which is close to the bar as we can hear piano music. Not good after a long day when you are trying to sleep!

Stayed one night to celebrate a birthday . On arrival we were greeted by friendly , efficient staff . Our room was exceptional ,with a wonderful view. The food was simply divine , the evening meal , well , each mouthful a culinary delight . Just need to mention Delyth in the bar , Marion in the restaurant and the attentive waiters , fantastic service throughout . I believe Fiona is the manager and is doing a great job leading her team of professional , competent staff . A wonderful establishment situated within walking distance of the coastal paths, the town and Cathedral of St David’s . Has to be one of our favourite hotel stays to date . Thank you all so much . We look forward to returning .
