Absolutely shocking we have two babies both ill and our boiler was condemned by Adams gas told it would be for 2 days tops we r now over a week after have been left with no boiler no gas no hot water service is discusting and very un professional I certainly wouldn't use them again but I don't our landlord does they couldn't even get us a new boiler any where but landlord did what's that say! They have also so said they can't fit new boiler till another weeks time so would have left us no gas for 3 weeks by then liberty

New boiler fitted can not fault then work. Did more than expected at no extra charge and cleaned away afterwards inside and out. Very polite too. Would recommend them to anyone

After having many engineers let us down over the past year , contacted Adams gas ( as they service my boiler at home ) they came and serviced boiler :) said they would be back to do the others bits we wanted , true to their word , came back next day and did everythingLindaInkreadible LabelsTorquay

My gas fire was not working and the company in Torquay who supplied it let me down repeatedly over several months. I contacted Adams Gas and their fitter, Robbie came within 2 working days. It needed a part. The day after the part arrived Robbie returned and fitted it.Great, we will have a fire in the lounge at Christmas.Well done Adams Gas.

We asked Adams gas for a boiler replacement quote; an appointment was made for the 5th of July 22. Having heard nothing into August, we contacted them again, we asked them to be honest, if they didn't want the job to say so, then we could move on. A feeble excuse was made about a change of regulation. This turned out to be rubbish, they had already told us about it on the first visit. Another appointment was made for the 8th of August, this time two turned up and went over the same ground again. As of today, 8th of September we have not heard another word from them! Last Friday, and Monday, we had visits from other companies for the same work, Fridays quote arrived Yesterday, 5 days later and the other this morning, after 3 days.I would not recommend this company at all, totally unreliable, unfaithful to promises and a lack of honesty with regard to our asking if they wanted the work or not. We have wasted two months putting our faith in Adams Gas, my advice, steer well clear!

After having various problems with my boiler, the engineer was above and beyond. Needing new parts, (Harry) phoned to order the parts. He was informed they were in stock. Harry went straight off to get them so I would not have another night without heating or hot water. He came back with the parts, fitted them and was very polite throughout. Many thanks.

Reliable fitters did excellent job. Quote very competitive and work completed on schedule. Good workmanship, pride in the job, and trustworthy. Would recommend anytime

I have been using Adam's Gas since 2020 on my Dad's recommendation. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received during this time (boiler services and replacement heating controls) and recommend them to all my friends and family. I've always experienced excellent customer service from Ben, he is professional and knowledgeable and always feel very confident that they are working in the customer's best interests.

Arranged for him to come and give me a quote for a new central heating system in a house I was renovating. I explained I didn't live there so would have to make a trip to the house to meet him. He didn't turn up. Waited for 30 minutes after the arranged time and rang him to be told he was still at another job. No apology at all. He could have rung me to say he had been delayed. He just said I'd have to ring him again to re-arrange. Needless to say I didn't bother. From other reviews it looks like this is a regular occurence. Terrible customer service

My elderly mother used this company's service and I too after she passed away last year. The house needed the boiler serviced, a replacement pump (which was operating but had become tired and noisy) and certification before it was sold. I found the level of service and workmanship excellent. The engineers were most reliable, friendly and wholly trustworthy. They epitomised everything a well run family business should be which lead to the long lasting customer relationship. Thank you for a great service, your advice and providing my mother that reassurance over the years her boiler and heating system were in good working order at each annual service interval.
