Ordered a cheeseburger with salad and special sauce. The order came with a good sized portion of chips too which was unexpected. The cheeseburger was a good size and tasted delicious, special sauce had a slightly spicy taste to it but not hot in the mouth and the salad was fresh. The order came to £6.50, was filling, excellent quality and would recommend over a McDonald's any day.

I really like the food but for some reason the restaurant does not like|want to serve roast potatoes with the salmon. In multiple occasions I've ordered this meal for collection & ask beforehand whether roast potatoes are available. Yet when get home with my order it's like today, the spicy potatoes instead. I don't even call the restaurant about it now, just order less often. The roast potatoe salmon is a recommend, though I guess only when 'dinning in'.

Lovely little hideaway on lodge lane, had a lovely jacket potato with chicken and salad, although the salad had mint sauce with it, I'm not a huge fan but I didn't ask so that was my fault, just need to check this out for yourselves!!

I ordered grilled chicken with rice. Food is decent, the yellow rice were a little sweet which I personally don’t like, others may like them. The staff are very friendly and the toilets are very clean to use.

Sakoon used to be our favourite takeaway for many years. Unfortunately there has been a lot of changes made to the food. The portions particularly for the lamb qasi are smaller. The potato stew that comes with it was so salty it was not edible. We ordered the mixed kebab today and it was 90% very dry chicken and 10% dry lamb. Photo attached. The chips are never properly cooked anymore. Soggy white things, they're awful. The worst part of it all is we tell them to fry them for longer, burn it if you will but no - still uncooked chips. The roast chicken also has some weird sweet spicy sauce put on it at the end. Almost like a jamaican jerk chicken. Why? It's a middle eastern cafe.Anyway today we gave up after so many let downs from Sakoon. The old Sakoon will be missed.
