I moved to the area about a year ago and visit most days as I live in the adjacent apartments. Store has great staff/products and the security guard Mr Rahman is doing a great job! He’s very approachable, friendly and professional and ensures keeping the store customers safe and at acceptable numbers. We’re all struggling with the way things are at the moment and I have nothing but praise for how the staff are dealing with it and performing their roles daily.

One star is given to the staffs, but not the store( manager, and the security guard) manager is very ignorant when customers makes a complaint to her also very grumpy and sad face all the times, security is very intimidateing as well especially to women, my advice to him is to stick to his job discreption. Locals thinks same too about him, he is making local customers to look elsewhere.

The security guard at this store is so questionable. He's very nice and all but today he allowed a woman into the shop today who wasn't wearing a mask, was in her pyjamas (which I have nothing against) and was coughing severely throughout the shop. This was a really uncomfortable situation and also against lockdown rules. Whereas, he always stops others from entering the shop if they aren't wearing mask, so I'm not sure where he draws the line??On the other hand, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The store is really tidy and clean.

To be honest, I don't like going into this shop. Most of the shoppers don't were masks. Because of it, I don't feel safe. In addition, every two minutes you hear recordings about thieves are going to be prosecuted. Each shop is a terrible experience.

Wonderful customer service yesterday from Mr M Rahman. He greeted us with great courtesy as we entered the store and this helped to make our shopping experience really anxiety free.We should add that we could see that he was behaving in a really positive manner to all of the customers. The welcome we received was very pleasant compared to many stores, where getting into the store, in the current Covid-19 climate, can be very challenging.Thank you Mr Rahman!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much. I would also like to say how professional, polite, and helpful your security guard Mr. M. Rahman is, which I have noticed on my visits to the store in Queen St. He does Co-op proud with his diligence and welcoming attitude to customers. Please pass on my thanks to the staff.

Worst coop I've ever been in. Staff do nothing but assume you're about to steal from the shop upon entry if you're of a certain background. You can clearly see them focus their attention on you upon entry and communicate over their headset.Staff also don't do any recovery and often leave meat out of the fridge. Let's not even talk about their rip off prices. I'd rather walk 5 minutes to Gunwharf Quay's Tesco Express, getting some exercise on the way, than spend at least 20% more here due to their overinflated, uncompetitive and extortionate prices. In short, terrible place to shop with terrible and rude staff that do nothing but smoke at the doorway leading into the shop as if it's gone out of fashion.

Awful place. Trying to get some sweeteners and the label was incorrect. I said the label was wrong and she got all funny. Then accused of being “aggressive” by some rather rude, arrogant “manager”. The security guard looked like he was on something too.

I would love to say that most staff are very friendly and nice at all times. Lindsay who works on the shop floor is always polite, respectful and works so hard has she is always busy. I really hope head office know how fast, she works in that store..I found Sue, one of the manager is never happy OR friendly BUT polite at times. I would of given 5 stars but this is down to the management team.

I can’t fault any of the staff in the store. Always happy and cheerful and go out of the way to help you even at the busiest of times. However the security guard (rahmen) is awful. Far to friendly and intimidating to any female that walks into the store. And regularly overhear him bad mouthing other customers. Very unprofessional.. would have given 5 stars otherwise
