Genuinely cannot recommend this garage highly enough!I purchased a Range Rover Sport from Grant a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately there was a couple of problems with the vehicle that presented themselves just a couple of days after the purchase, however they have been dealt with more professionally and with greater haste than any main dealership I have ever dealt with.If you are looking for a used car, please give these guys a look, they deserve all the 5 star reviews!

Volvo XC90 PurchaseI purchased a Volvo XC90 from GAW Automotive, as I had recently had a heart procedure I was not allowed to drive. GAW very kindly arranged to drive the Volvo from Norwich to my home in Peterborough , and take away my part exchange vehicle. Very nice chap arrived with my car as planned , the car was beautifully prepared , and had the cambelt and water pump changed plus a service on the vehicle was done also. The whole process from start to finish was completed with the minimum of fuss, and was professional and I for one am a very happy customer. I have only driven a few miles in the car as I am keeping driving to a minimum for a while yet , but the few miles I did drive the car seemed to drive as it should do. I owned an XC90 for 7 years so I am very familiar with the vehicles. I would definitely recommend GAW as a company to purchase a vehicle from and would have no qualms about using them again in the future.

We found the exact car we wanted in tip top shape and excellent customer service from Nigel and Grant. We highly recommend this dealership.

We bought our qashqai from GAW AUTOMOTIVE two weeks ago. Nigel was very friendly, not a push salesman. The whole experience was very enjoyable which is a first when buying a car. Nigel went out of his way to let us collect the car at our convenience. Nigel also made sure there was plenty of desiel in the car for us aswell. He even hid a bottle of pressco in the boot as he knew it was my birthday. I would recommend this garage to all my family & friends. I will definitely use them againSue England

Fantastic service! We saw Gaw automotive had the exact car we were looking for but was living in Wales we had a 450 mile drive home the boys made sure the car was fully valeted, mot, and fully serviced before we arrived, even had fuel in the tank for the journey home and was in tip top driving condition for the commute and I tell you the Audi A4 didn't skip a beat and in immaculate condition. Couldn't recommend this garage more! Thank you so much!

Top service from the team here & highly recommend. I have been casually looking for a new toy for the last 18 months, nothing was quite right for me or more importantly I didn't trust the dealers!I came across a 120D M sport that Nigel had for sale at GAW and it all appeared to check out. What was great for me is we where able to communicate direct over Facebook messenger and Nigel was able to clarify all my queries so I didn't waste time heading down for a test drive. I had lots of questions and Nigel gave me thorough and full answers which filled me with confidence.Nigel book in a time for me to come view the car and he was very friendly, had lots of information on the car and didn't pressure me into anything (pressure sales put me off instantly!). I was offered an unaccompanied test drive, which again I prefer as it takes away the pressurised sales technique.At the time Nigel was unable to show me the full service history but got back to me the next day and send me photos of everything I was after. At this point we agreed the sale over facebook messenger and I was able to bank transfer the funds. Nigel & the team even arranged a full MOT and delivery for Thursday. Credit to the team they managed to get this ready the very next day so I got my car way sooner than expected! I'm over the moon with my new car and how helpful everyone at GAW has been.Touch wood I won't need to use my warranty, but if I do I have no doubts the team will look after me.I highly recommend GAW to anyone looking at a new car who wants a personal, friendly and trustworthy service.
