I do love my Costa latte, but I have to say if you work in a hospitality establishment, you have to love what you do, and interaction with customers is a must and if you are behind the counter with a face like someone has stolen your sweets the being a barista is not for you. Out of the 3 costa cafes I use, there is 1 girl that if she smiled, her face would crack. You got a job,so be happy and enjoy. If not move on.

One of the better ones. Food was just average, service was terribly slow, staff however were pleasant and polite enough.

Whilst the food and drink was lovely as usual, the service was exceptionally slow today. Four staff working but it was very disjointed and we had to correct our order three times before the assistant got it right. Usually much better than this

No china cups again due to broken dishwasher again. Although only 4 people in at 7am stubbornly refused to give china cup. To make more annoying they had given china cup to other 4 by ‘mistake’ but would not give to us.

My friend and I were waiting for our drinks when another couple walked back up to the counter with their drinks. I listened in to the conversation and heard that they were complaining that the cream on top of their drinks wasn't as swirly as in the pictures. I've never heard such a ridiculous complaint. The girl on the counter dealt with the extremely awkward people very well but was clearly a bit flustered afterwards. Personally, we found the service and drinks to be excellent.

Refused china cups again due to dishwasher being broken. 2nd time in a row. What made it worse was that all other customers had received china cups, only 7am in morning. Not great customer service from Kimberley unfortunately, think stubbornness got in the way of a positive experience.

Visited here for a quick hot chocolate with the other half today during our Xmas shopping trip. Brilliant hot chocolate, lovely panettone (toasted for free) and the staff were lovely too! Very festive inside as well, what we like to see!
