If I could give six stars I would !!Experts in their field, very knowledgeable. I was given advice not only on what was needed , but also , what wasn't !! Which resulted in them not taking my money, as in my situation, the work wasn't deemed necessary. A rare breed in the present climate. Thank you Sam for your help and honesty.

I contacted Knotweed Specialists UK because a friend who is a keen gardener had spotted what she thought could be knotweed in my garden. Having used their online contact form the company got back to me promptly and asked me to email them some photos of the plant. Within 10 minutes they had phoned me back to say that luckily it was not knotweed. I offered to pay for the consultation, but they said that as they had not needed to visit the property the advice was free. While I have not needed their full services on this occasion, the friendly, professional and prompt customer service I received from the company felt worthy of a review.
