Chris White Plumbing and Heating

Had a boiler problem on a freezing morning. Phoned Chris and he was at my door within the hour, sorted the problem explaining what he was doing and the reasons. My central heating was back on and working 40 minutes later and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use him again if I ever get any plumbing problems.

Absolutely fantastic plumber. Sorted my plumbing emergency (leaking pipes under the floor) quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced. Really nice bloke too.

Employed Chris to install two boilers, radiators, bathroom and kitchen, plus remove old pipework. The pipework was left and alarmingly we have discovered he connected it all up to lead pipes so we have been unknowingly drinking contaminated water. At one point we had a leak because he forgot to clear rubble from a drain, the flue is a mess. The water caused ceiling to collapse missing our baby by centimeters. He was so late turning up (days at a time) that floor was laid and he had to plumb around it so our water takes over a minute to be cold or hot due to the amount of pipework...should have been a couple of meters, he plumbed in about 8 because he had to go out of the kitchen to the hall and back. Gas leaked in the cellar which had to be fixed. Pipework a total mess in the old bathroom. Shower head fitted at a ridiculously low height. Avoid.

Unhappy customer - Chris was called out by my project manager on a renovation project. His job was to fix the boiler and fit new gas pipes for the new kitchen hob. Unfortunately, my project manager did not take a quote from Chris for the work, as he had previously worked with Chris. Unbeknown to me, Chris took it upon himself to extend" the job to 20+ hours and also help fit the kitchen units
