Amazing level of care and attention from Charmaine! She was attentive, informative and so very bubbly in her personality! She knew exactly what it was that I was looking for, for my father & she ensured me every step of the way that my dad would be happy with his purchase!Within 2-4 days the delivery arrived and I had a phone call to say it was ready for collection! My father was very happy, we both couldn’t thank Charmaine enough for saving the day! Couldn’t recommend this place any higher even if I tried! Charmaine is fabulous asset to the team at BMC : )!

Bristol mobility centre is the top mobility centre in Bristol. The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble for them. They are friendly with a great customer service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Simon and his team have totally transformed my life, from never going out, to always being out. We went into Bristol Mobility Centre late on Wednesday to look at an igo+ for my wife as walking has become difficult.Efficient service initially over e-mailed, popped into the shop and the lady couldn't have been more helpful. This was in stark contrast to another local shop.Really helped my wife, we came away the same day with the igo+, the following day my wife was nipping around the shops in it and the following day again. The service has enabled my wife not to dread going to the shops any more and give her more confidence.Thanks for all your help, would highly recommend.

Bristol Mobility is without doubt the premier mobility centre in Bristol and me twenty year association has always provided the highest quality goods and services to ease my mobility difficulties.I have purchased five mobility scooters, two rise and recline chairs, a stairlift and countless walking aids. All purchases have been accompanied by first class guarantees and service back up and I am totally confident that a call to the Whitehall Road branch will commence a chain of events to ensure my complete satisfaction.A recent upgrade request in battery size for my latest new scooter was fulfilled within days and I very pleased with the improved performance this provided. I am greatly impressed that before affecting this upgrade the manufacturer of the machine was consulted to ensure that this change was approved and I delighted that the physical work involved was carried out at my home thus negating any potential loss of use to me of this important piece of equipment. I expect a good response to my needs and I am never disappointed.

Couldn't fault the experience.Simon and his team were brilliant from start to finish.He listened to what I needed as well as what I wanted in a chair, helping me weigh up the pros and cons of each choice, without the hard sale feeling you can often get from expensive purchases. When things went slightly wrong in the ordering process, he fought my corner and went out of his way to contact the relevant people. Very happy and impressed with the service all round!

Lisa was so helpful when I went in with an issue with my walker. She was so kind and managed to fix the issue that same day. I highly recommend Bristol's Mobility Centre and I'll definitely be going back if I need to purchase a new mobility aid.
