In what I can only describe as the most stressful house move ever, Ashtons were the only positive light in it. From first meeting Mike, speaking with Lisa, dealing with Emily and then Charly we cannot speak more highly of them.Whenever we had a question or stress (often) they were there and helped us through.Would highly recommend the team.Thank you all.

Don’t even know where to start, if you are thinking about selling your house choose a different estate agent! Don’t think I have one good word to say about Ashtons, when they come to give you a quote they do a big speech on how amazing they are and have the best stats in Warrington but all they do is put you on Rightmove and one Facebook post when you first go on they don’t promote your property or do anything else I could of done what they did still to this day don’t actually know what I’ve paid for other than an advert for Rightmove. The manager is rude and arrogant likes to think he is always right. They get annoyed at you if you chase them to actually do some work. Online it states they open are 930 but actually they have a meeting in the morning and get quite annoyed if you ring even though their phone lines are on. It took 10 weeks for them to even put the for sale board up and when questioned they didn’t realise it hadn’t been done. As a whole they aren’t professional, once you’ve been on the market for so long you get forgotten about,. I will certainly not be using Ashtons again

Brilliant to work with. Had a few problems with other agents and decided after 3 month of no Interest with them to go to ashtons and I’m so glad I did. Sold with inside 2 weeks and plenty of viewing. Thanks again guys

We used Ashtons in Great Sankey to sell on Park Road .Mike came and did the valuation and explained everything brilliantly.He then went on to take ownership of the selling procedure and produced a fantastic marketing package with a great video on line and drone footage to give an Ariel view.He arranged for ALL viewings to be accompanied and appointments were confirmed on E Mail .The sales process was rigorously reviewed as the market changed during the rise of nterest rates . We always were given options by Mike to keep promotong the property.Mike has a good team at the branch and we dealt with Cole mostlyCole was great and was always on top of things. He really made sure we had updates throughout the viewing and selling process. He really worked to protect us as the client and takes a no nonsense approach to getting the job done. He always made us feel he had our best interests at heart.Everyone else at the branch who we have spoken to and have accompanied viewings for us were first rate. Really friendly and a pleasure to deal with .We highly recommend Ashtons for selling your property.
