Fabulous, family run business with customer service that is better than the 5 stars i can give them.We had a large carpet fitted up on the 4th floor in our attic and it was a very tricky job to get up the stairs and avoid any damage to lights etc. They handled it with the utmost care, really impressive.The whole experience from the initial quote to the team who came to fit the carpet and everything in between was absolutely first class.I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I can't praise the service and quality of workmanship given by Luke and his team highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our new floor looks fantastic and will last for many years to come. If you're wondering where to go for your new flooring - Carpet World is the right choice.

Brilliant in all respects. All the staff are really polite and helpful. The measuring and estimating are professionally done with good advice on quality of carpet etc. Great choice of carpets and colours. The fitters are exceptional - Rich, Joe and Joshua were so helpful and did a wonderful job. So thank you all round for a great service from two very satisfied customers.

Luke and Team Carpet World are absolutely amazing as always. From start to finish, the Team were always profession, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. Particularly as the customer's requirements kept changing!!It was a challenging project, which did not phase this experienced Team. The finish is superb.
