Luke and his team offer a great service! They listen carefully and kindly, diagnose expertly, and fix problems for a fair price. They go further by offering advice and solutions that can improve your computer experience/safety and potentially save you money, building education into their service. Their office is in the Waffle House, after you pass through the café, making for a convivial atmosphere too. 100% recommended!

When my iMac froze whilst trying to upgrade the OS from High Sierra to Catalina, I tried everything to get it back, with no success. I thought maybe all my files and photos were lost. I need the desktop computer for so many things. I took the computer to Lawsons who kept it over the weekend. I was delighted when they sorted the problem. They are a great friendly team. I was very surprised at how little they charged for their service when I collected the computer. I thoroughly recommend this company.

This firm may be small and local, but it is also one of the best you will find in the East Devon area when it involves computer servicing and repairs. We had some interesting problems when it came to migration to fibre optic broadband. Lawson's came to us and got everything sorted, with no fuss. Right people, right knowledge, right price.
