The lady was very nice! We had a great chat! Price is reasonable! Mine is to shorten sleeves. It's a light sports jacket - easy material to alter. She charged me £9, but note that the price varies depending on the material.However, the job is not perfectly done... See: pictures. Its not a even/round cut around the wrist.I'm sure if I take it back to the lady, she will be more than happy to redo it, but I live in windermere and have no time to travel during working hours... I'm leaving a message here to encourage a better service.

I had three items that needed repairs, I was quoted a week for these repairs to be done due to Cut Stitch and Sew being busy. But..... I received a call to say my items had been completed much earlier than quoted which was great as I needed one of items back really quickly. Not only had that one item I needed done in a short space of time been completed, the other two items had also been done. Brilliant service and the alterations to my items are spot on! Highly recommended.

Recently had 3 pairs of trousers and a jacket altered. Chose here after reading reviews online so wanted to add mine too in the hope this lovely lady gets more custom in the future! Service was fairly priced and a quick turnaround with a quality standard of work. All round really nice person too. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely return in the future. Thanks so much!

I took my work trousers in to have them tapered, I was quoted a very reasonable price. When I went to collect them the woman pointed out that she slightly damaged the lower part of the trouser leg (almost unnoticeable). She refused to take any money and even offered to replace them, I don't know of many places that would do that. Had I paid I'd be very happy with the job and price. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone!
