Steve and his team did a brilliant job to refurbish our kitchen and bathroom. Doing all the plumbing, carpentry, electrics, plastering and new flooring.They were very professional, respectful and punctual right from the beginning to the very end. They carried out the work quickly as well as keeping to the costs we agreed,amazing.We’re over the moon with the work and we would recommend them to anyone requiring any work done.

Steve added aground storey building to our house containing a utility room and cloakroom. He did a fantastic job and has subsequently been employed for other smaller work around the house, we highly recommend him.

I used Steve to install a wood burning stove. Steve and his team (Morgan and Tom) have done a wonderful job knocking out the existing 1980’s fireplace and creating a contemporary fireplace and then installing the stove. They were always on time, professional and worked so hard to get the job done before the snow arrived. What I also loved was that they always made time to chat to my son who has a learning difficulty. I would highly recommend JonesBuild.

Steve and Morgan completed a single storey extension on our house this year including demolishing outbuildings, preparing the ground, full construction and then installation of flooring, bathroom and utility room.From start to finish they were trustworthy and friendly and while they were working on the house I was heavily pregnant and then had a newborn and they were always helpful and reliable and left the place tidy and secure. Like any large project we had a number of challenges with unforeseen work required but all was dealt with professionally and Steve and Morgan were incredibly flexible.We are really happy with the work they did and have already arranged for them to come back and do our kitchen refit.Steve and Morgan clearly take great pride in their work and they were very easy to have around. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We are first time buyers who are having a hard time finding a place and understanding the process - especially the survey we received which made it feel like the house would fall down any minute. In a fit of despair I called Steve after a google search asking for help - and let me tell you, I’ve never been happier I did something.Steve is a consummate professional. He ran me through the survey step by step and made time on a Saturday morning to walk through the house and point out what everything meant and what needed to be done. He was so professional and reassuring with the vendors that they didn’t feel under threat, and informative and plain speaking with me so I understood why something had been said and why it wasn’t necessarily a concern.We will be proceeding with the purchase of the house and are grateful to learn that Steve and JonesBuild are nearby - we have our builders for life now. Highly recommended by friends, Steve and his team built a single storey extension to the side of our house. This gave us additional hall space, cloakroom and utility. Steve, Morgan and Tom installed all the units and appliances in the utility together with cloakroom fittings. They also erected a new fence and gate to the side of the property whilst making good the ground on our neighbours’ side. We also had other work completed by the team, new internal doors and taking out wall on stairway and putting in spindles. We are so pleased with the work that Steve and his team have done for us and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A friendly, hardworking , knowledgable and professional team
