Close-Up Chris Magician

We wanted something different for our wedding reception and to keep guests entertained and also mingle whilst we went off for photos. Chris did just that, he was funny, entertaining and bought different groups of people to see his show and everyone was so impressed, he is still the talk of the wedding with guests wondering how he did some of the tricks, we would 100% hire Chis again for another event. If you want something fun and different during your event i would highly recommend.

We hired close up Chris for our works Christmas party December 2023The whole team was very impressed with his skills, many of whom where pretty much on the floor in laughter. It was great how it was set up to show smaller groups of people so that all could get involved at some point throughout the night.Brilliant for any larger business/corporate event, the show was very interactive and free flowing for each group. We would highly recommend.

We have hired Close-Up Chris Magician on two occasions. Firstly for a 60th birthday party and more recently at our wedding. He entertained our guests from afternoon until sunset with jaw-dropping magic tricks. He has a great sense of humour and a charismatic personality. Our friends were talking about him for weeks after the event. Honestly - worth every penny!

Chris was totally amazing at our wedding. We saw him at another wedding and thought he was so hilarious and it was such a fun addition to the day that we had to book him! Not only was he a great magician (our guests were trying to figure out how he did everything the next day, and failing), he's also such a comedian and great showman, such a great vibe to have around on the day. He also managed to capture some great videos on the day which was so nice and such a special touch!! Incredible. He arrived so early and just sorted himself out, we didn't have to worry about his setup or anything at all, he just made it work! So many guests mentioned how fun they thought it was having him there, such a great addition to the day :) thank you Chris!!

Chris was amazing. First of all a great guy, lovely personality. The tricks were incredible! Everyone’s first comments after have been how good the magician was. I could just hear laughters and Applause coming from Chris’ direction the whole time he was there. Easy to book and loved having him at the wedding. Would highly recommend!

We booked Chris for a 40th Birthday party and to say he was brilliant is an understatement. Chris is extremely professional from the booking stage, his arrival at the party and to when nobody wanted him to leave at the end of the afternoon. His magic is amazing, leaves you speechless and you find yourself still talking about it days after! He spent 2 fantastic hours entertaining and engaging people of all ages. Chris adds humour to his magic which makes for an even more fun and enjoyable performance. Chris was incredible at our wedding drinks reception. If you are in two minds about having a magician like we were, just do it. You will not regret it. Our guests loved him. He was very funny, he definitely knew how to play to the audience he had at the time around the table. Just wanted to thank you for entertaining our 70 guests at our Chairman's Dinner drinks reception last week in Stratford-upon-Avon. Chris came to my 70th birthday party at my house, and went down a storm with my guests. He was personable, funny and a brilliant magician. He was also very efficient during the booking process and turned up punctually. I think he would fit in with almost any kind of event. I highly recommend him.
