Absolutely appalled!! Purchased a diamond ring 3yrs ago at £1150 returned it to request a buy back only to be told it was in bad condition and poor quality until I mentioned it was purchased from her and gave her the receipt of purchase then she back tracked and then only mentioned the condition of the ring and would only offer £100. Feel absolutely fleeced and ripped off!!! Buyers beware!!!
