My favorite way to spend time and money. Welcoming team and stunning products. I always come away with loads of ideas and a few cheeky little bits and bobs for our place. Their own paint range is sublime lots of murky colors which I adore.

Amazing selection and amazing staff. Spent most of the afternoon browsing, choosing and designing our renovation - no pressure from the staff, but helpful when stuck for ideas. Love Neptune!

Store is beautiful but I drove an hour today to visit and was disappointed that no sales advisors offered to help me. There was seemingly no other customers in the shop and the staff were just chatting amongst themselves. I was looking to order a sofa and the quality seems really nice but given the price point I was hoping for a more elevated client experience.

Beautiful shop, really gives you a lot of style inspiration just by walking around. Recommend stopping in if you're nearby- good to see the quality of the items you'd normally see online. They have smaller items to buy like fake flowers, candles, paint etc too.Yes, you don't get any attention from the employees unless you ask but this is how I like it in all honesty.

Love Neptune and the Edgbaston store is superb. The entire range is gorgeous with excellent designs and premium materials that have with a very cohesive feel. The staff are lovely too, always kind, polite and helpful but never intrusive if you just want to browse - I could spend hours (and a small fortune here).

My mum is currently redoing her house, and absolutely loves looking around Neptune. She saw some door handles that caught her eye, as part of the furnishings, and rang up to see if anyone had any idea where they were from. Kate and Alison in Edgebaston particularly went above and beyond to help, getting the info from head office and sending her a direct link! She is so pleased, and has been happily telling me all about how great their customer service is, and how they always exceed her expectations. It is apparently such a pleasure to shop there and the service is second to none! I will definitely be paying a visit myself after hearing all this!

Whilst Neptune furniture and accessories look amazing the customer service behind concerns raised is nothing sort of incompetent. After many calls they have still not responded or in fact delivered a product that I purchased, unfortunately I will be asking for a refund.
