I have used this service before and was very happy to call again and rebook for this year, unfortunately the appointment I made was not kept. He just did not turn up. I rang him 5 times on the day to check what time he would be arriving I also sent 2 messages, all on the same number I booked the appointment on. My calls and messages were ignored.Very poor service.

Briliant service. First class job. No mess, no fuss just an honest and excellent cleaning service. Full of good advice. I would heartily recommend this guy. I will have him again no problems next year.

His workers broke our satellite dish and my neighbours two doors down where their van was parked. They denied it was them. My mum was watching TV 11am ( switched off for Hoover needed plugging in)on Friday and they arrived 12.00 afternoon and left 15/20 mins after saying more money and time -needed bird's nest in we accepted. About 12.30 TV not working . Could not understand why TV was not working next couple days found LNB broke ( middle point of Sat ) .must have swiped their ladders hitting Satalite. Unprofessional and incompetent.

Had them come out to sweep the chimney earlier in the year, After reading their website it states It takes around 45 minutes from start to finish to sweep the average chimney. If your chimney sweep is in and out within a short period of time he is not doing the sweep properly"... they were in and out of the property in approximately 8 mins max. After asking on the phone how long they take i was told "15-30 mins" - might want to update your website there.Either way
