He gave us a great live CCTV tour of our entire chimney which put my mind greatly at ease after moving into a neglected, semi-derelict property. He’s also given us a couple thorough sweeps over the last 10 months. He sets a date, shows up, does the work, and is always happy to answer my many questions. Happy to recommend.

Avoid at all cost. Very very poor service. Him and his wife are very rude. He caused damage to our chimmy and we asked him to look at the damage but he declined the offer and drove off. Now we are taking him to a small claims court.

Punctual, clean, polite. Couldn’t ask for more. Did a full flue check, swept and gave advice on fuel and maintenance. Not so much as a speck of soot left. Will be a regular customer.

Great service from Mick. Reliable, respectful and left everything clean. Thoroughly recommend.

Fast and efficient - not a single speck of dust was left when Mick had finished sweeping - and very reasonably priced.

Avoid at all costs . Damaged our chimmney then drove off. Asked for insurance and he hid behind his phone. We have to make a claim via small claims for damages. Try other sweeps there are much better sweeps around . What a way to treat disabled customer'sUpdate . I have rung lots of times. after the owners response to my review thay answered the phnoe once and now won't answer the phone. The woman who answered was rude and screamed at my wife and we rung the ask to split the costs for the damage the sweep has done. we don't have to do this but thought it might save us t akeing them to court. As I said before don't trust this sweep very very poor service.
