Why do you not replenish NO stock quicker.I wanted 3 packs of worktop bolts.Only 1 in stock. £1.99.Went back 3 days later still no stock, WHY.If it cost £50 plus pounds i would understand.Most kitchen fitters would need at leased 6 - 12.The staff keep saying its your policy, just do what you say all items in stock, we wish.My customer was upset because had to go to Toolstation 3 miles away and ended up 20 mins late.Still that is not your concern.Stock levels seem to be getting worse.Thanks John LesterOne 4 All Trades Ltd.

It's alright in there, the one way system to get in and out of the store definitely needs some work, like Covid-19 is still around and you have to get up close and personal to leave. Felt a bit violated, but it was a quick and painless experience.

Helpful staff, quick service, and I found what I need. Adequately sized car park and one of the ones that are easy enough to find. Nowhere really to park on the street though if the carpark is full, but that’s USUALLY not a problem.

The store and staff themselves are excellent at the Sutton branch.However I had an incident in the car park, where as I was parked up and went into the store another customer reversed there lorry into my car did a 3 point turn and ran off.The manager was ever so helpful but this got referred to head office.After months of back and forth they finally sent me the pictures of the offender. However they blacked out the offender, the writing on his lorry and his number plate, which was pretty pointless and a waste of time. They said I would need a court order to get the tape released.Low and behold the insurance did not want to pursue this matter and just paid out and made it a fault claim on my insurance.So a trip to screwfix for a Marshalltown trowl cost me £4K.

Great service, click and collect could do with its own counter at times. There are signs up saying just to tell someone you are there, however you can't really really just cut to the front of the queue!

The staff are so helpful. You can click and collect, they will order if not in stock and items will be available for collection next day. Highly recommend.

Didn't know the name of the items I was after but the man behind the counter was a big help show me the sizes I could have very helpful items were on the dear side

Not the largest I have been to, car park is tiny. But the staff are really helpful. I have had reason to visit Sutton Coldfield branch many times over the last couple of weeks and have always managed to come away with what I require.
