Such nice people! We were looking for our Airbnb and had no phone, they helped us call the owners, and offered us refreshments, nothing asked in return. If they are so generous with strangers, they must be wonderful with their customers! Definitely recommended!

Back at this lovely salon after a move and loved it. Elise was charming and made a fantastic job with my hair. Happy to be back!

My partner just started going to the salon, the owner Derek cut his hair. My partner was waiting a long time for an important hospital appointment which clashed with his hair cut appointment slot. My partner called the salon at the earliest possible time he could which was 9am on a Monday morning to rearrange his appointment. He was shocked when the owner Derek gave him a dressing down and a telling off like a child?!! He was soooo rude, angry, dismissive and full of attitude!! His customer service and bed side manner was shocking!! My partner came off the phone totally shocked by this man's unprofessional attitude and cheek!! My partner was incandescent with rage, embarrassed & could not believe how he was treated!! Infact he was so angry he went up to the salon to see the owner Derek but unfortunately it was his day off. My partner never went back and I strongly recommend that if you don't want to be treated like that, then swerve this salon big time and this horrible little angry man Derek (the owner)!!!!! :(

I have been going here for three years now and can honestly say it’s the best hairdressers in the west end. Emma is the stylist I go to and she is very friendly and always gets my hair right wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Great staff they are all very friendly and efficient, the shop is always lovely and clean, I can always get an appointment that suits, a great cup of coffee. I've been going there for years and years now!

Absolutely awful, it cost me £140 to get my hair died blonde. They burnt off the top layer of hair on my head and knew when they were drying it that they had done it as you can see it in the ‘after’ picture in the salon. I went back in to the salon and they refused to give me my £140 and said they would give me free hair treatments (not including Olaplex or anything that would help). However after 4 treatments the hairdresser Lisa said that she would have to start charging me for them as her manager wouldn’t give her into trouble even though she BURNT my hair off. Absolutely shocking hairdressing, customer service & overall professionalism. I would strongly advise staying well away from them.

I absolutely dread getting my hair cut as I usually come out unhappy and not what I was looking for. Amanda cut my hair tonight and it's the 1st time in years I've walked out a salon happy. The shop is lovely as are all the other staff. I will definitely be making this place my regular hairdressers from now on.

Unfortunately, the salon is not what it used to be and services have truly gone downhill. It does not treat customers well (this includes the owner). Given the prices, and the plethora of other lovely salons in Glasgow, do your self a favor and frequent another organization which respects its customers.

Excellent salon. Very friendly and professional staff. Used by me, my wife, our 4 kids (2 boys, 2 girls) and my mother-in-law (who travels 20 miles to go). All very pleased with the service.
