Great small online retailer who I’ve had quite a few items from over recent years ranging from my handbag for my wedding, to chinos, to polo shirt for the hubby.Always speedy service and and everything purchased has been of highest quality! Keep it up!!

Ordered one of the limited edition 1/4 zips. Super impressed with the communication, postage times and quality of the product. Would 100% recommend. I wear my 1/4 zip most days whether that be lounging about or seeing to the horses - I love it!!

Absolutely awful experience. My friend ordered a birthday present for my partner in May. Item was too small so I returned for an exchange and the item still hasn't been received in July. Very hesitant to reply to messages and very unhelpful and generally uninterested. My friend asked me to ask for a refund as they said the exchange was sent out 2 weeks ago and then when asked for the tracking information they told us they couldn't provide it due to covid. Poor company and poor excuses time after time. I will not be buying from or recommending this company at all. They then proceeded to block me on Facebook, meaning I cannot leave a review or contact them on there and then they emailed my friend who placed the order to say they didn't appreciate a third party being rude to them etc etc. I have not been rude, I have always used my manners even through frustration of being ignored and lied to. Do not buy from them, save yourselves time and money!

Recently pre ordered a new sweatshirt from Feathers country, and although not in stock they kept me up dated and it arrived very quickly once in stock.The quality is amazing, better than some more expensive, better known brands. Love supporting a small business as they really care about what their customers want. Definitely not my last feathers purchase.

I absolutely love my Feathers Clothing leggings. They are so comfortable I wear them all the time! Very flattering too. The service was brilliant and the product was beautifully packaged. I loved the little touches including a hand written thank you! Highly recommend.

I have quite a few purchases from Feathers. Their sweatshirt qtr zips are my favourite. They are fabulous quality, wash well and very comfortable and true to size. Can’t wait for my next purchase. Well done all xx

Ordered rugby top in November and have still to receive it, tried ringing and emailing but have yet to hear back from them.

Ordered a handbag online and it arrived very quickly. It looked just the same pattern as the photo and is excellent quality. It’s used daily and I absolutely love it. Thank you. The complementary tote bag is very useful too and also good quality, better than some I’ve paid for.
