Horrified following an appearance of a mouse from a neighbouring property we called Birmingham pest control. Lady we spoke to was really nice and helpful explaining everything and quoting over the phone. Price was very reasonable and agreed and was told someone would be able to come out the following day. Anthony came and was very professional, did a thorough search and located any point that they could get through the wall. All holes were filled and posion laid. 2 weeks later Anthony returned, cleaned away all used poison and completed the filling of the last holes. Not a peep has been heard since. Would 100% recommend to anyone who encounters any pest problems.

Top people.We had a Waps Nest in a hedge by our bedroom window.I rang the Company and the lady was really helpful and suggested the Wasps with a couple frosts will be kilted off.I went to cut the hedge on Friday and a rake angry Wasps came out and I legged it.Booked an appointment for the Monday morning.They arrived 5 minutes early in a clean nice sign written van.I showed the gentleman where they were, leave it to me he said, I went inside.About 20 minutes later he knocked on the door all done he said.Showed me the remains of the nest and said leave for an hour or so and awayyou go, safe to use the Hedge againProfessional, courteous, and reliable and a very reasonable cost.Well done, great Company.ATVB.Alan Mac

We had mice in our home, initially I tired putting down poision myself, this was a, waste of money because the situation got worse.Rang Birmingham Pest Control, spoke to a lovely lady, who arranged a next day appointment.The gentleman arrived on time, conducted a through inspection and implemented plan of action, explaining a second visit in two weeks to confirm the issue is fully resolved.I can report the mouse problem is completely clear.I think the charges are reasonable.I highly recommend this local company for a fast reliable and professional service.I rate this company a definate super 5 Star !!!

Very impressed with the professionalism from BPC today. Went and checked in the loft, out on the roof. Targeted the exact spot for two treatments. Excellent health and safety. He wasn't in a rush to spray the roof with a 5 meter pole and run, like I've experienced from other companies over the years. Highly recommended!

Anthony sorted our problem out within a week, and we are delighted. We had previously had another company try, but they had achieved nothing unfortunately. Anthony quickly went to the very inaccessible part of the attic where I had heard most noises and wasn't at all reluctant to do so (unlike the previous company). He knows everything about the pest in question, removed our problem quickly and for good value. I hope I do not have this or a similar problem again, but if I do, I'll go straight to this company.
