Unhelpful and Very rude, even when looking for a new phone or upgrade, even when claiming insurance or even told to go into there by Vodafone they are so RUDE and Just don't want to help, Unless you just do as there willing to tell you. Such an awful Shop and service.Staff also thinks they know stuff But have no Clue, and try to push phones or broadband when not wanting it

Jack was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to be served by. I wouldn't hesitate to be advised by him in the future.... my up grade wasn't straightforward as there were multiple phones on my account. But Jack wasn't phased at all. He is a credit to the Weston store and to Vodafone on the whole. Nice one Jack. Thank you.

Waited for 1 hour whilst the store assistants talked about everything other than phone deals.It was rainig heavily and i was left to standout by the door with no care from the staff.6 other customers actually left during this time and when finally got served they didnt have what i needed in store.Very very bad service.
