My father unfortunately suffered a bilateral stroke in Feb 2021 which resulted him having both cognitive and physical impairment. We searched for a physio therapist and found Mine- she has been extremely supportive in meeting my fathers needs and identifying the areas he requires support with. Since his stroke his mobility has improved a lot and he’s made a lovely friendship with Mine. Mine has also been a great support for me, my mum and brother. With such a friendly approach and lovely manner we are happy to continue seeing Mine at least once a week. Highly recommended.Thank you

Following a back injury earlier this year and recognising I needed high quality physiotherapy, I reached out to Ida - I’m beyond pleased I found her via Google!! To say she has helped me get my life back on track is an understatement: as a busy, working mum of two small boys, having a back injury has been challenging and debilitating. I have disc bulges, disc deterioration and some joint deterioration - some reversible, some not. Ida has taught me that I can lead a normal life and get back to my pre-injury life, by strengthening the areas around the injury. In our weekly sessions, we heavily concentrate on my core, legs, glutes (to support my back) and knees (I pulled muscles in both knees before seeing Ida, purely from overcompensating!) I’ve been having weekly sessions with Ida for around 4 months now, after each session I feel stronger and energised. The sessions are tailored each week as to where I need to focus on mostly. I’m now back at work, going for long walks again, back swimming and most importantly, I’m able to take care of my kids properly, again. All thanks to Ida’s support, compassion and expert guidance. I highly recommend Ida, don’t hesitate to get in touch with her - she has honestly changed my life.

Mine has been a God send to my mother. From the moment she started working with my mum she immediately and accurately assessed the extent of her disability (following a stroke) and what would be needed to try and improve it. She recommended us to equipment, and doctors and medication as well as daily physio. My mum's current state is mainly due to her. She has been so lovely and built a trusting and solid relationship with my mother.We highly recommend her without any hesitation whatsoever.

We engaged Ida to help my father with vascular dementia, health problems and loss of mobility post hospitalisation. She is pleasant on time, works hard, recording his progress after each session. She has a very good rapport with my father and a sensitive understanding of his mental capacity. I do not think he would have been able to make the progress he has without her consistent help.

Without Mine, I had real doubts whether my uncle would ever walk again.She has shown real care and compassion for her patients whilst working at a pace that they are comfortable with.My uncle has severe dementia, which Mine has shown great skills in dealing with.Mine has an extensive knowledge of the spine and is very good with complex cases.I have been kept well informed about the treatment plan for my uncle and would recommend Mine very highly.

She has been with my dad for over a year coming twice a week.She always communicates to us about his sessions as we dont attend .She is very caring and has sorted out a wheelchair and a use of a standing frame.She is also very caring about his health and passes on information to the carers to follow up..All his family are very happy.

Ida started working with my mum over a year ago (following mum's stroke) and we are very pleased with the work she has been doing. She has given mum confidence in being more independent and always keeps the exercises fresh. This gives good variety for strengthening different muscle groups and re-learning skills.Ida has also been instrumental in helping us get the right equipment using Wheelchair Services and the Orthotics Service. Her timekeeping and communication are always good and we definitely would not hesitate in recommending Ida.
