Had an amazing experience in this shop yesterday, extremely professional staff. My Mum forgot her cc in the shop and when we returned to get my daughter's ears pierced the girl on the till recognised my Mum and came to return her card. The service my daughter received having her ears pierced was second to none, the girl (Shannon I think) ensured we were 100 percent happy with the location before going ahead, despite me changing the marker several times she was very kind and helpful and the after advice was spot on. Really makes the difference when you have such a professional team, will definitely be back.

Great selection of goods at reasonable prices. Good offers in store always. They try to get you to buy certain items on offer which can be annoying.

It was our first time visitng the shopping centre today, i had been looking for a particular prefume but was slightly out of my price range. A lovely woman, (for the life of me i cant remember her name or find the reciept to name her personally) was the most helpful and kind person I could have met in their. she informed me of all the sales that were happening and told me with my suoerdrug card icould get an additional discount. Compared to some of the staff that were on the shop floor that practically pushed my children out of the way to stack shelves instead of a simple 'Excuse me'. It was great to have sucha friendly staff member with no request too big or small. Will definitely be returning just on how we were treated by absolute gem. ( i honestly cant remember but she was working at the checkout closest to door by the Armani Diamonds Perfume Display :)

Always good for anything beauty, perfumes, hair dyes etc. Not bad prices, Managed to get a couple of hay fever tablets that I haven't tried before. So will defo recommend Superdrug.

Travelled 30 miles and when we went to the shop to buy revolution by sali hughes which is advertised on line we were told that they did not sell it but it may be advertised on line. Why is this so?
