Definitely recommend Castle Beds and Mattresses. Went this morning to purchase a couple of mattresses for a trundle bed and they could not have been more helpful and friendly. They double checked we were getting the correct mattresses, showed us what was in our price range, and gave helpful recommendations based on our child's age. Mattresses delivered free of charge, same day. The mattresses are very good quality and very reasonably priced, thank you so much!

A shining example of how online shopping should be! Great, and I mean GREAT, customer service. From start to finish. There was a slight hiccup at the delivery end but once flagged, the attention this received both in speed & resolve, second to none! I just wish I bought beds and mattresses more often; as this was the buying experience I'd love to receive every day! Sincere thanks guys. Really impressed.

This is a first for me leaving a review without having actually bought a product but the guys at Castle Beds have been so unbelievably helpful for me, spending lots of time on the phone and via email giving me advice about my needs, to the point of basically convincing me that I didn't NEED to spend money right now.Rare for a company that relies on sales so a big thank you to you guys and when I eventually do need to buy a replacement bed you can guarantee that I'll be back on the phone to you!
