First time approaching a small company yo create me some jewellery. Didn't know what to expect but Sarah was fantastic from start to finish and guided me with what metal would be best for what I was looking for. Not pushy for a sale at all and worked with me every step of the way. Had a few other designs which I will definitely be coming back to have done in the future. Everything was made so easy as soon as I met Sophia in the Manchester showroom. Listened and understood what I wanted straight away, she was so knowledgeable and helped guide me through the whole process really clearly and just made the whole thing easy for me. Picked up the ring from The Hale store and the service was just as good. The ring is perfect and I’m just hoping the missus says yeah now!
