I can only speak from an amateurs perspective but this is a brilliant place to waterski, I’ve been here a handful of times, the staff are always super lovely, helpful and generous with their advice to improve, the lake is nice and often a comfortable temperature, I would give it 6 stars if I could :)

Thoroughly enjoyed my first time ever doing open water swimming, The Staff were friendly and very helpful, I'm definitely coming back and will highly recommend this place to everyone I know, It's a popular activity which I'm looking forward to my next session.

Great facility for open water swimming. Signing in/out is easy (but can get busy at peak times) and you can leave your keys safely with the staff. Lots of free parking available but beware it is on grassbso might not suit some vehicles. The swimming route is clearly marked and the safety boats give reassurance. Definitely recommend for any swimmers out there!

Our experience with the open water swimming section was great until the manager wouldn’t even let our kids have a paddle at the waters edge with myself and my husband in the water within a meter from them, under our direct supervision. A real pity. Not suitable for families.

Beautiful lake, went there to see a friend launch his new boat he had built. Launching ramp is very tight though. It has a nice little cafe as well.
