Westbrook car sales

Bought a lovely stealth grey Ford Focus ST 15 plate from Westbrook and within an hour or so to my 3 hour journey back home, on a busy motorway doing 70mph, the car just cut out on me with no warning at all. I'm sure you can imagine how I was feeling being a female in a car I\'ve just bought and on a busy motorway, on my own. Went to the garage numerous times and nothing was resolved, the same problem kept peristing. 5 times in total it cut out with no warning. The 5th time of going around in circles was then the final straw and I knew my safety was comprised in this vehicle so it went back to the dealership and I had my old car back. The car hadn\'t been properly serviced for 4 years and nearly 40,000 miles prior to being sold. The body work wasn\'t great and a sticker that looked like it had been stuck on an hour before collecting to patch the front bumper had come off.Apart from being sold an unsafe vehicle. The team were absolutely amazing in trying to rectify the issues. I cannot fault Adam or Jay. Unfortunately they couldn't be rectified and did result in the car being returned. I am grateful for their help and support and upset the car had to go back, but it is what it is.

My son picked up his first car from the guys at Westbrook today, I can honestly say they bent over backwards to help, from initial guidance to a full test drive, then the car was fully serviced and prepped to a very high standard, they even fully valeted it on collection .I can't speak highly enough about the service we received and would recommend this company every time for a used vehicle purchase thank you very much.

Would not recommend.Stay away.They make out there vecials are all checked. They are not.I had my car for less the a month and I have a noise from the gearbox.I had the car diagnosed and I was told there's a problem with fly wheel.They take it to there garegaes they use and funny enough no problem of course.They have a answer for everythingI'm now left to fix this my self witch is goin to cost 1000 plus.

They provide top service with a complete valet of the car, an MOT, fixing of any faults before sale (mine was a faulty seatbelt), an oil and filter service, a car health check AND went above and beyond to go with me to get my tax for the car. They provide a years worth of AA basic assistance and obviously a 3 month warranty. They are in the business of pleasing customers and have a great attitude for customer care.
