Ordered online driver took 45 mins for a 7 min journey.Drink was spilt everywhereLady I spoke to said I had to get a refund via Just eat. Appalling service

The building itself felt incredibly modern and the architecture certainly reflected that. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and kept the tables tidy especially well when it was busy. Good food and a lovely atmosphere.

Was stranded here for 7 hours when my car broke down. Staff are amazing, looked after me and made sure I was safe and warm way beyond the restaurant closing time.Can't thank them enough!

Absolutely shocking. Can't even get a delivery order right. Have had 5 deliveries through the app/Uber eats and have always messed up the order. Missing items, wrong items that weren't even ordered. What frustrates me the most is there not held accountable as when you try and go through Uber eats all they do is issue a refund. That doesn't help the situation at the time when people are hungry and are missing there food. They need to get a grip on there order packing because it's a joke.

Another shocking example of customer service from Uber Eats. Late delivery, main item missing, what was finally delivered was stone cold. 20 minutes on the phone to Uber Eats be told the food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and they would only refund one item. I did speak to the manager of McDonald's who was kind and professional but ultimate could not get a dinner to one tired, stressed individual.

Generally ok but sometimes cash only and they never stick out a sign so am then stuck im the drivethru sitting next to the window smelling and seeing the food but unable to eat any whilst hungry. Never improves the day experiencing that.

A great Macdonalds with very wonderful staff!!! Tables cleaned very quickly, food service very fast. Fries could be slightly hotter and icecreams were starting to melt but all other food too notch. An excellent example of a well managed team, well done Swindon retail park branch.

Every time I order from Deliveroo or such apps they short change us with half portions or cold food
