Celtic Castles found exactly the right castle for our family birthday celebrations. Provided a welcome link between ourselves and the castle owner. They even sent an e mail asking if we had enjoyed our break. Caring from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Will definitely use them to book another castle holiday. Celtic Castles was wonderful to deal with! They were prompt, courteous and professional with all replies. They accommodated our requests and the booking was easy. I highly recommend them for your castle stay!

Very poor service, would not recommend.PLEASE BE WARNED: Celtic Castles do not provide up to date prices on the hotels that they offer. You only find out the price when you email to book your room. Their website will present a cheaper price for rooms than they normally are.If you get a gift voucher to you from Celtic Castles that you cannot use, they will not refund you under any circumstances.The company simply seems to mislead people. Highly Inaccurate information, a polite but constant refusal to offer meaningful help, lack of transparent booking policy.... I could go on. This is not a service I would recommend at all. They managed to dupe some money from me and my family that I can't get back, despite never staying in any of their hotels!! They were made aware of this situation and did nothing about it, save trying to recommend more of their hotels that were not suitable.A very disappointing experience all round. Buyer beware.

Contacted them last week Dec, still not had a reply so have booked direct with the castle. Not the service I expected.

Great customer service! It is so refreshing to be able to speak to a real person! Everyone who I dealt with was very friendly and professional and they helped me to book a castle for my birthday! I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend, I have used Celtic Castles a few times now and always had an amazing time at the castles they have recommended. The dinner at Borthwick Castle has to be one of the highlights!

So excited for our night in a real castle! The history of Melville Castle is fascinating and the customer service has been outstanding!
