Very rude store manager and would not let me have my parcel despite showing driving licence photo ID as stated on the UPS card put through my door, because we have recently moved so the address was different! Nowhere with UPS does it say that you have to provide proof of address, just photo ID. If I didnt drive I would need to take passport and that does not show address either. Very petty man. Also commited fraud as he signed my name on the signature bit on the back of the UPS card, which only needed to be filled in for re delivery anyway so was nothing to do with him ! Be aware that he signs for you and avoid
