Used to be great, now hopeless. Too often Items are damaged, collections are missed and I have had furious customers too many times. They refuse to resolve these problems. I will never use them again.

One experience of this company. They were unable to deliver an item so advised us to pick it up from their depot. When we got there, the item had been sent back out on a van lol. Had to race home to catch the driver haha!

Ordered a large heavy item from Amazon.Received a phone call to give me a delivery date and rough time-slot.On the specified day, well within the time slot, I got what I'd ordered.I can't give less than 5 stars.

Absolutely shocking service, I’d rate it zero stars if I had the option!Paid for a Saturday delivery and guess what...nothing!I followed my tracking and it was sat at the bradford depot the whole day, so clearly APC had no intention of delivering my item at all!To add further insult to injury I phoned the customer service number and after 47 mins 15seconds on hold(next in line apparently) no one answered the phone!I have received no email, phone call or even a text to say what was happening with my delivery!I will never ever use this company again, I will endeavour to tell as many people as I possibly can about my experience too!

Piss poor company, wasn't in when they tried to deliver so arranged to pick up from the depot, asked for a note to be left on the parcel advising it would be picked up and they returned to customer instead. Useless

Terrible delivery service. You leave notes on the order to specify instructions. All instructions get ignored. They don’t listen to instructions of delivery as it doesn’t suit their agenda to deliver after a certain time. And it’s always the customer’s problem. So we continue to suffer with apc until the seller decided to change them as their delivery partner. It’s been like this since 2020.
