The outlook of Tk Maxx is okay but instore lay out is horrible. Crowded and messy, I personally prefer Tk Maxx by fort near spitfire roundabout castle bromwich. At least they are tidy and Not messy. Hard to find what you need the reason of your visit.

Huge store on different levels. Expect to find clothing, beauty, and homeware products. Some real bargains here if you're prepared to put in the time and energy to hunt for them!

Very disappointed with the service on my visit yesterday. I was in a queue of 12 (and growing) for the checkouts which had only 2 staff serving. They were sooo slow and showed absolutely no concern at all for the customers waiting. After being in the queue for 10 minutes and only two people in front having been served I gave up and left without buying anything as did at least one other in the queue.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at TK Maxx Birmingham, resulting in a one-star rating. I purchased sunglasses that were advertised with a case, but the staff member at the tills forcefully took the original case, then disappeared for five minutes and returned with a cloth sleeve. However, upon returning, he decided I couldn't have the sleeve either. When I requested to speak to the manager due to the employee's rude behavior, the manager acknowledged the mistake but didn't resolve the issue, denying me the original case despite its advertisement. My experience was exceptionally poor and did not meet the standards I would expect from TK Maxx.
