Absolutely disgusting the way they work! I suffer with bi polar purchased a 5450£ watch called back less than 24 hours later and was told I wasn’t allowed a refund even tho the watch had stopped working! Called back next day was told Rolex watches do tend to stop. Called back the next day and was told to bring watch in shop would need 48 hour testing called back 48 hours ago nothing wrong with watch so I come in and when I was at the shop the manager said for safe of mind I want to give watch to repairs man 3 days later watch had something wrong with it! DO NOT BUY HEREMade to think I bought from second hand shop and anything couple go right, £5450 is not second hand money for a 1979 Rolex watch.

Purchased a Tudor Royal from Chisholm Hunter in the bentall centre and customer service was excellent. Really well looked after from start to finish. Gemma Jack and Victoria were very knowledgable and happy to help.

I would really advise people to stay away from this shop.The level of customer service is absolutely appalling.I bought a bracelet for the wife and wanted to exchange after a few days. They were quite clear upfront that they would not refund, but I could also only and exclusively exchange in shop. The credit was not usable anywhere else, including online. But what I really found appalling was that they were clearly completely unwilling to ship the alternative we found to the shop. And the shop itself does not have much on offer.

Came in to collect my engagement and wedding ring that I had serviced. Terrible customer service. I was initially refused my rings, unless I have a photo ID to show, which was not mentioned when i received the phone call. Lovely" sales assistant then said this is to prevent theft

Received great service from Darcy at the Kingston store today. She patiently adjusted my new watch bracelet strap until it was perfect. Thanks Darcy! I love my new watch.

I have used this jewellers in the past to service cherished items like my Mont Blanc devices .I recently had an awkward experience which has taken time to sink in as something of significance .I bought a watch privately , a gold plated Raymond Weil chronograph and was assured it was authentic but with no paperwork and unwilling to have the watch serviced to find out , so I took it to an official outlet , Chisholm Hunter in the Bentall centre.Now it was mid week and my day off from work, and I was dressed in a long Burberry overcoat as I had been to Lunch .On entering the store I was met by 2 charming female assistants one older and grey haired, one younger .On explaining my situation to the older of the 2 she summoned the younger one to examine my watch and in less than 5 seconds dismissed it as bogus because the embossed words Stainless Steel "( on the bracelet clasp) would never be written on a watch like this !! " she uttered. .She went on

Terrible customer service and products. We purchased an expensive ring very recently. Within one month and only after two wears the ring had lost a diamond and then a further diamond fell off just before sending it back to the Shop so they could “assess” it. They had said it usually tajes 1-2 weeks but we got a reply the next working day basically saying that it was “customer fault” the email was poorly written and the review wasnt attached. Clearly that wasnt possible as it had been worn twice and i own multiple diamond rings for years which have been subject to alot of rough handling and i have never lost a stone on any of them. They first told us we had to pay for the repair. We argued that it most definitely wasnt our fault and that their customer service was terrible and we then decided we wanted a refund as its mot worth keeping a diamond ring that broke after two wears in its first month and will most probably break again and they refused. Really bad service and unhappy with product. I hope they will do the correct thing and refund us.

I brought two rings from the store with my late father’s inheritance and my whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. All the staff are so informative, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend visiting the store and also looking at their wonderful jewellery. I absolutely love my rings and will treasure them forever.

Had a really good experience with Chris Home Hunter in Kingston. I emailed in the morning regarding a Watch I liked and some questions I had, the response was immediate by justyna. I came into the shop the same day after the questions were answered, and I walked out the store with my first premium watch. Thank you Jack and Justyna for the service and experience.
