I was robbed of 70 pounds although i displayed my mothers badge from tge council, with mom in the car i was booked and told that i should register my car with shopmobilty in order not to get slapped with a ticket for my car.They are just as bad has traffic warden . My mother is disabled and still had to pay the fine. I think its outrageous how they treat disabled people .

Went in to update the details of my blues badge parking. Chatting with the lovley lady who runs the shopmobility. She was cursing the computer and we got chatting about technology slowly our generation down. (were not old just the last of the analog and paper generationShe is very helpful with a great sense of humour.

Explained that a Disabled badge is valid by security on the day no charge given, if you have registered at the mobility shop.

Took my mom there. Really helpful and friendly staff. Definitely worth giving them a try if you find walking difficult

Staff always accommodating and polite. They need more funding from the council though so that they can purchase another couple of bariatric mobility scooters.

Very unfriendly lady working there. Was busier reading her newspaper than being helpful. I wonder if they have a camera there for management to see the level of service given to the disabled . TERRIBLE

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. We had been told by two separate people, that a picture of the disability badge would be fine. How are you supposed to show someone a physical badge and have it in your car at the same time? Impossible! Aggressive attitude of the woman dealing with the public. Had to comfort my mum afterwards. Don't work in shopmobility if you don't have a kind nature, it's as simple as that. I'd give a zero star review if it were possible! Disgusting!
