Joe was really friendly. The food was lovely and scrumptious! They had maybe among the best burritos I've ever had. After getting some for my friends, they now think I'm cool <3 Thank you Joe!!

Terrible flavour, rice if yellow like basmati rice you would find in an indian restaurant. Chicken isnt anything to write home about, pinto beans looks like a prison porrdie and salsa looks like lazy cut chunky tomatoes. Anyone that thinnks this place is good hasnt been to anywhere decent clearly. Only thing good about this place is its location but ashame its gone to owners who clearly not interested in making it authentic and thr best it can be. And why would they if people are just coming out of convenience.

Great burrito for lunch. They have good choice of options, including vegan, and burrito are very good. They have long queue at lunchtime, but they work very fast, so it's not a problem. It's my preferred lunch place when I'm in the office.It is just a street stall though, do I usually go back to WeWork to eat it, but that's okay.

UPDATE:Below you can read my original review.I had a quick response to it, in which they apologized for the inconvenience, and offered me a free burrito. I went back a couple days after, and the staff were very nice. We chatted a bit, and they gave me the free meal. It was delicious. The way they handled my complaint is 5star. Well done!Most basic I ever got. I can't have dairy so no cheese nor sour cream, I also can't have guac. I end up with rice, pulled-pork lettuce and beans, because I couldn't choose anything else. That's not a burrito...specially not for £8.50

This has been my go to place of lunch, I have been buying lunch from Burrito Joe since November 2021, and go there at least 3 times a week. Food is tasty, amazing quality. I love their veggie rice box. They offer a loyalty card and give you the 10th Lunch free. (Recommend that!) However, in the last few weeks, I see they serving smaller portions than earlier. Now, one rice box is not sufficiently filling, buying two will be too much to finish. Why not increase the price and provide the same quantity as earlier? I now end up buying a soup elsewhere to compensate the portion.

Always a tasty burrito but the meat portion sizes have got very, very small. I thought it was a one off on my chicken burrito but sadly the amount of meat is consistently puny now. Shame because they're great tasting burritos and guac is included for free, hence they get 3 stars rather than 2 or even 1.
