Made me feel so comfortable during my first lip fillers, so gentle, talks you through everything. Very clean and beautiful premises.I will definitely be returning. Would definitely recommend. I've added a picture of the way she shaped my lips perfectly, still swollen which is to be expected but I love them.

I am not new to Botox and have been a modle for Botoxtraining.I have been very futunate to have used three of the top medical professionals (injectors) in the West Midlands.Due to moving, I came to Fiona and truly happy with her work. I would highly recommend her and so blessed I have found an outstanding proffestional.In my opinion she stands shoulder to shoulder with the top three Injector's in the West Midlands for professional conduct and artistry. Lastly Fiona prices are realistic and affordable unlike many.Lets say,I am not going anywhere and will stay will Fiona onto my golden years..

Fiona is lovely and welcoming , makes you feel so at easy conversation comes natural treatments are reasonably priced and she takes great care to let you know everything she is doing. I have had a few treatments from a manicure to highbrows and facials. Everything under one roof for all your beauty needs. Def go and visit olivias. One visit and your be going back....

So unprofessional! Would leave zero stars if I could. I made a last minute appointment and paid 50% deposit via booksy. I arrived at their previous address as this is the address on their Google details. I waited there until I was advised they had moved. I then went to the current address and no one was there and the doors locked. Tried calling numerous times and left messages. They neither answered the calls nor even had the decency to return my calls / apologise. I don’t know how they are still in business if this is how they treat customers ! In addition to the above this salon owner has made no attempt to return the deposit payment I had to make when making the booking.

I came across the salon when I moved into the area a few years ago and have not looked back from my first visit. I tried a few other salons before Olivia's and was made to feel quite uncomfortable, but not at Olivia's. The salon has a really warm feel to it and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. There are a wide range of treatments on offer which is great - as I can get everything done in one place. Definitely worth giving it a try!

Firstly this is Martin's wife giving the review - not Martin!. I have been coming to Olivia's since they opened and I have always found the staff helpful, friendly and polite. Fiona the owner of the salon is great and also always helpful. The treatments provided are vast and very affordable and those which I have received have always been done really well. I have had several treatments here, including nails, powder brows, botox, and most recently, the glass facial which has left my skin feeling fresh, hydrated, smooth.Fiona is brilliant, very informative, and has very affordable prices. Shes friendly, timely, bubbly and very easy to talk to. She always makes me feel at ease and calms my nerves, particularly with my botox.I am super pleased with all my treatments and highly recommended Fiona and her salon.

I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Fiona. She did an amazing job on dissolving unwanted filler at a reasonable price. I returned a couple of weeks later for botox and skin booster treatments. I am delighted with the results. . I would definitely recommend her services....I will be returning soon. Thank you

Love this salon. I am a very demanding client and really fussy about my treatments looking perfect. I have my nail extensions and feet every two weeks and love my million dollar facials by Fiona. I have had most treatments from head to toe and feel very pampered at each visit I wouldn’t use any other salon. I feel the team are very professional and discreet. I’ve been going now for over 4 years and have never had a bad or unprofessional experience. The beauty salon has all the latest technology and they are trained to the highest standards.
