I have had a really positive experience with this dealership (and I have an issue with trusting car dealerships as a whole). CT93 is nowhere near me. I live two hours away.I spoke to James five or six times by phone about a car I was very interested in buying and he said he would refund my deposit if I did not go ahead with the sale. He did just that.I did not go ahead with the sale but it had nothing to do with this dealership, it was my insurance company trying to charge me over the odds for a higher-spec car, when they had given me a reasonable quote just two days earlier. I found him to be very honest and upfront. He has a nice disposition and was patient - even with my myriad of questions because I know little to nothing about cars.I am holding back from buying a car anywhere else until a lower spec (but the same make and model) car is sold by this company. I will buy it from CT93 because it is hard to find honest dealerships. I'd be a bit surprised if anyone had any issues with this particular company.

**Dropped from 2* to 1* as nobody at CarTrader93 had the decency to respond to my complaint**James and Richard were initially very hospitable, however Car Trader 93 advertised a car with full main dealer history when this wasn't even close to being true which led to us making a five hour round trip for nothing as the poor service history put us off purchasing the car. The manufacturer recommended 18,000 mile intervals with services at 30,000, 48,000, 83,000 miles and 94,000 miles and was overdue several maintenance items that would not have been the case if the car had full main dealer history as advertised.James became very defensive when this point was raised and tried to insist the car had full main dealer history in spite of the facts, clearly because he is proud of his business which is great, but taking a bit more responsibility when a mistake is made rather than ignoring my emails would've been a much better way to deal with this.A shame as history aside, they were pleasant to deal with.

Honest dealership. Good value cars and when you check the MOT history - which I did, the cars tend to say ALL or mostly PASS, and if there are advisories from previous owners, they are nothing to write home about - child seat, wiper fluid, brake pads - wear and tear issues which are minor to resolve.I part-exchanged my car for an 18 reg plate vehicle and it's a lovely car. I felt valued and it wasn't as if I was spending £20,000!I prefer these more intimate, less pressurizing dealers to the car-branded dealerships - one of those (Kia) wanted a £250 deposit to VIEW a car not even test drive it! I declined.I recommend this company. That's all I can really say. James is a nice man too.
