Have bought from this company before with no issues but last necklace had a chip on the silver part and badly tarnished in the other side . Customer service sent a replacement that never arrived . They said they would raise the issue with Royal Mail but are now no longer replying to my emails . Their phone number doesn’t not connect . They don’t reply to emails sent through their website . I have contacted them more that 10 times by email and am being ignored . Disgusting service from a company I previously used many times .

I bought a 'courage' crystal necklace for my daughter's birthday. The necklace was beautiful but unfortunately there was a flaw in the silver holding the crystal. However, Cosmic Crystals immediately sent a replacement when I contacted them. Cannot fault their service and would definitely buy from them again.
