We are thrilled with the work undertaken by Holcman Construction. Throughout the comprehensive seven month refurbishment and extension of our house, Holcman acted with professionalism and courtesy. Every room was finished to a high standard, and the traditional building methods and materials we insisted on, such as lime mortar on the brickwork, were administered expertly. Roni and his team have been fantastic and the quality of their work has been excellent. We instructed Holcman to carry out an extensive refurbishment and extension of a large residential property in North London. They were extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure that our objectives were met. The team were friendly and approachable and went the extra mile to help us achieve an outstanding finish within the prescribed time limits. After dealing with several unreliable companies it was a huge relief to find Rroni and his team of builders conveniently located in Marylebone! They’re extremely professional and pedantic and I wouldn’t consider anyone other than Holcman Construction!
