A very disappointing Interaction to be honest.I was quoted for a job and they did not change the part they quoted for but instead changed a different part, no communication to see if I would like the other part changed but in the words of their mechanic what's the problem your bills cheaper than it was going to be"

In a time where customer service, professionalism and knowledgeable staff can sometimes be a rare find. Look no further than the staff at South West Truck and Van. Having used other truck servicing companies, South West are hands down the best I have ever encountered. I could not recommend them enough. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Dave and Chloe. Great company. Great staff.
